Designed by Jaimi Baer Architecture in collaboration with Avery Augur, Southern Exposure is a simple, elegant, and modern design that features two bedrooms and two bathrooms. A geothermal heating system and an orientation that maximizes passive solar heat gain make this home exceptionally green.
