Meet Caldera Design Build - the design & construction arm of Creede America. Our team is Avery Augur, owner and Architect, and Steve Lynch, project manager. Avery has been a Creede resident for the past 15 years, and a visitor and admirer of Creede for more than 30 years. Steve joined the team in 2015, and together they are committed to making the building process both personable and enjoyable.

Avery and Steve work with some of the brightest and most skilled designers, engineers, and craftsman to ensure that the building process is thoughtful, cost-conscious, and as easy as possible on you, the future homeowner.
